Music Industry Development League (M.I.D.L.) Inc., founded in 2006, is a dynamic organization that combines the traditional practices of the music business with a non-traditional approach to creating a new way of relating to and participating in music.  M.I.D.L. has adopted the successful business methodologies of major league sports and adapted them to the music business while altering the problematic methods of the music business to benefit everyone involved in the business from the grass root level to the commercial level. 

Our primary focus is to serve as a centralized organization that supports music in a way that helps those less privileged, inspired by music have a fair chance at learning what it takes to be successful in life through music participation.  We believe that it takes a village to raise our children and through music we can bring young leaders to the forefront of music while building a brighter future for generations to come. 

We bring innovation and ingenuity to an industry that is in turmoil over how to avoid total collapse of a system that has been in use for over 100 years.   We focus on owning, operating, engaging in, and selling media properties, services, and products, including film and video production, distribution, television production, broadcasting, distribution, and programming; live music events, distribution, publishing, and products; radio broadcasting; newspaper, books, magazine, electronic, and specialty publishing; Internet content and delivery services.  We plan on being The League that is trusted World Wide to provide quality entertainment that helps jump start economies and provide sound structures for developing music talent into community assets.
